Nah, atleast you knock on one door for Reliance grievance, for BSNL then treat you like beggars and send you door to door.

Btw, Telenor has silently launched it’s 4G services in select circles, for a company who couldn’t handle 2G data and had no licence for 3G this is huge(and laughable). It’s tariff is same as on 3G for others.

300GB/month is very good.BSNL is good in some areas compared to private ISP’s.It all depends on your luck (actually on the capacity of exchange)
