Replacement CRED voucher for Uber to be reissued..

Hey CRED member,

This is in reference to the recent ticket you had raised with our support team regarding your Uber voucher.

Though most of you must have already received the new vouchers, for the few who haven’t or are still unable to claim the reward, we are sincerely sorry and are looking at resolving it before Monday, Jan 07th.

Just a reminder, you will only receive the new replaced codes if the previous ones were not used.

We also wanted to apologize for not being able to serve earlier on chat support. CRED strives to provide 24/7, seamless support for our members, and it was definitely a failing on our end, which we hope you will have the generosity to forgive.
