@nigel @admin pls shift this thread to appropriate section after sometime , as I am posting this to benefit of all and want most of dimer can view this and post valuable suggestions, which is beneficial for all of us.
Friends most of us has faced some times quality / service issue in product we buy online/ offline.
So what one can do apart from file a case in consumer forum, as sometime service/ product value is very low / inexpensive.
like we can give negative rating in playstore , mouthshut etc.
Pls also mark this post to all experienced dimmer who can help and give his valuable suggestion.
I request all senior / experience d dimmers to pls suggest all possible ways, so one can refer this post in future if required.

You can spread the word. Make sure no one around you buys it.
I useally complaint in Twitter and Facebook page of company but it works sometimes only.

If product price is low and putting efforts into recovering your money is not worth your while then forget about it and move on. But to satisfy your ego, you can rate the app 1 star in play store or app store and imagine you have done some real damage.
