Require help in getting a Jio SIM. (Delhi)

So, my broadband plan expired today, and now I was thinking to get a JIO SIM with the preview offer which would serve the purpose for 3 months at least since both Internet and Voice will be used.
I don’t have the required Samsung phone. So, if anybody can help in either of the following ways in getting one, I would be greatly thankful, before I take the Lyf handset plunge as a last resort.
1) Any reliance store in DELHI which is still giving the Sim with the barcode printout. Or anybody’s known guy at any store who can help in getting one with the printout of the code alone.
2) Anybody selling Preactivated Jio Sims.
3) Anybody (from Delhi) having rooted Samsung (offer phone) from which Jio sim can be bought from the store. I can pay/exchange anything suitable as a gesture for the help.
4) Anybody can provide links/contacts of people selling preactivated Sims.
Please reply here or in PM, according to the kind of suggestion/help offered. I would appreciate it greatly.

it mayyyy work [ like 1 in a 100 chance] as my friends said the new sims are not imei locked
in case it isn’t you can always change the imei and make it work

Tha samsung offer sims are fully unlocked, and will work with any 4G phone. The store people either dont know or misguide intentionally. Reliance may block the sim at a later stage, thats their decision to take. But no one has reported such blockage yet.
Can you please post/PM me the store address which is ready to provide the sim?

seems to be the cheapest option. Voice is possible with JioJoin

Nope. Only available for HP customers. You can’t get free sim with the device without HP code.
