GROFERS and Big basket have to be at the top

GROFERS
Pros
-10% off discounts frequently + 10-20% Wallet offers for a good durations
-Delivery within 2-3 hrs
-No delivery charge above Rs 350
-Very good customer service team. Responds to issues quickly
-Also delivers bakery, desserts, beauty products which can be combined with a grocery order
-Happily replace/refund products if any issues found

Cons
-Many instances of price errors where they charge extra sometimes (Although they promptly resolve it like mentioned above, but it feels like hassle sometimes) additional
-Items are mostly at MRP, so not worth if Want to order without coupons
-For items like pulses and others, they only keep branded label products which sometimes are pretty expensive)
-Navigation and browsing in app feels tiring sometimes

BIGBASKET
Pros
-Regular promotions with Paytm/Mobi/Payzapp
-Some products are at already discounted prices
-Has own wallet which can be funded during promotional offers for later use
-Good customer service
-More variety in products available
-Has both app and website. App experience is very good

Cons
-Delivery charge of 20 for order below 1000
-Very lazy if asked to replace products. Instead they insist on refunding

Will add more if something comes to mind

Emo bro. We prefer buying from local marwadi shop and veggies from spencers/BigB/more etc as u can choose them yourselves.

And reg pappu/uppu I dont have any knowledge. I’ll have to seriuosly try these once before the offers get over! https://cdn2.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_toungueout.gif

I am really sceptic abt ordering food products online. (Not abt hotels but online stores)

Plz comment all the new user benifits available for these stores. Will download when the best referral offers com. https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif

For most of the branded stuff such as soaps, shampoos, toiletries, detergents etc. I am using Amazon (every month 1st or 2nd) or grofers or big basket depending on when I order and what the offer is like.

Whenever there is an offer above 20% discount/cashback I make sure to make use of it and stock stuff at home.

For pulses, rice, dry fruits, veggies and fruits I rely on local market which gives much better quality at better price. I am not sure if you heard about Chintal Basthi in Hyderabad, this place is quite near to where I stay and you get the best price here.

I go to Godrej Natures Basket once a week for exotic veggies and silken tofu, my daily 05:00 PM salad ingredients https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_biggrin.gif
