OTP coming 5 mins late issue almost seemed hopeless situation for me, and in case got complicated with failed txn, where chargeback had to be raised, which took months-and then again otp was coming late.. and card validity itself was approaching towards last few months:) 
TC: For me personally, has been slow, but smooth.
