RJio - Poor network (interconnect / landline calls)

How many of you Jio users are facing issues with voice calls?
- When trying to call the BSNL landline, I get a “All lines in this route are busy” message most of the times.
- Call from some +91-22-7xxxxxxxx number (I presume it is reliance) was not successful. Incoming call kept dropping. Outgoing call from my mobile never got connected.
- Calls to other mobiles (2-3 numbers tried) was OK. Call quality was good.
- Jio to Jio call is excellent (esp when customer care calls you).

What is your opinion? did you face any issues with Jio to others calls?

Its basically in UAT (User Acceptance Test) mode. So such issues are bound to happen. They want to detect and overcome such issues before commercial launch through the UAT

Issues have been reported by me in detail. If any of you are facing problems, do post on this thread.

@panchabhut : UAT phase is known to all. That does not mean that such issues should be found. When found, it should be brought to their notice.

At my home place,i receive only 0 to 1 bar in network ,max DL and UL speed i get is 1-2 mbps atmost which is very less than Airtel 3g.

do any1 know where should I complain about this ? at other places in city centre I get 30+mbps with the same lyf handset . due to poor network coverage I am unable to use youtube or download anything. I mst have wasted my 19k https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_sad.gif

No problem as such in calls, be it bsnl or Docomo or any other network. Works perfect even in peak hours.

Neither. But have been part of several Oracle Financial implementations as a finance expert.

Issues are expected to be found. And users are expected to report all such issues to with customer care.
