samsung m30 smart view not working. pls help how to connect

i bought samsung m30 and i have samsung joy k4300 smart tv. my samsung m30 smart view function is not working. i am not able to cast screen my device on tv. In available devices tv name is showing but it is not getting connected. i dont know wats the problem
do smart view requires connecting to wifi network to mirror or it wil directly mirror the screen like samsung j7 prime.. pls help how to connect
