Most of the times we interact with brands on social media to get our issues resolved !
In this tough times, if the brand is able to solve your problem….. I just have one favor to ask….. thank them on social media or say some kind words
It will really help boost their moral….. trust me they are trying very hard to help you……

Thats correct we can clearly say that escalations made on social media are more effective where resolution ratios are more in customer favours
Recently kotak revered my unnecessary charges which phone helpline couldnt do, i never thanked them doing now

I don’t agree with OP.
Except a handful organisations, none of the others even bother fixing the very basic of issues. This I’m saying after having worked in customer support department of several organisations.
The only thing they try hard is getting customer off the phone by hook or crook.
