Hello All
my cc has been bocked few days ago saying suspicious activity but the transaction was done by me. dropped mails and calls but saying it will be unblocked shortly but none of them worked and 3days passed. today i got a mail from [email protected] saying ur cc will be dispatched within 5days and it contains pdf of my card details but it is not opening after entering password in the required format(whether it is phishing mail)?
whats happening am unable to understand????

generally in case of credit cards, blocked card is re-issued and not unblocked.
I guess you used card on a platform which was used to do fraud by few/many people in past and so they considered transaction done by you also a potential fraud and hence blocked card. Once a card is blocked, it wont be activated and will be replaced with new card. Login to sbicard website or mobile app and check. New card details (last 4 digit) should be visible, if its a new card then it wont match with your old card and hence you will know all these messages/mails are genuine.
Even am unable to login to sbi site??
my card was also blocked for transaction and got some sms to unblock it and was unblocked on sending sms
I too sent sms but it is not getting unblocked. Mine is hard blocked
May be someone uses your email id or data entry issue. You received someone else’s card in email.

sbicard.com is correct domain so mail should be genuine,maybe you are entering the password incorrectly(check caps lock,type first in notepad & then copy paste etc).
