SBI Prime Card dealying / not provding 20x points in time for Standing Instructions

I am seeing this issue for last few months. SBI Prime is supposed to give 20 reward points for 100rs for standing instruction payments. Few months ago they removed Rent Payment and then limited the reward points to 3000 per month. Now they keep delaying the reward points. For transaction in July, I received points in September. Now for transaction done mid October, only 1rp/100 given till now. They haven’t responded yet to the query I raised 10 days ago.
Anyone else facing this issue? I think its time to get rid of this card altogether. No point on chasing the customer care for reward points all the time.

I already have HDFC. I have some big payments coming up. Was thinking to make it to 5L mark and get 7K voucher (yatra/pantaloons) and then can keep the card for another year for free. But this is giving me headache big time.
Finally SBI responded saying eligible cashback will be credited after 45 days.
I think they mean 45 days after transaction.
Got the same reply from SBI. Wait for 45 days after transaction to get the remaining points. They are only posting 2 points per 100 now for standing instruction.
yep Better to switch to HDFC
