SBI Prime card lounge access through PriorityPass

I hold an SBI prime card for 2 years. Priority pass which came with it has expired now.
Now SBI claims that this feature of the card is only for 2 years and now membership is payable and I have to contact priority pass to get it renewed.
I haven’t been able to find this 2 year in terms and conditions on sbicard website. But I got the same response even from the nodal officer desk.

Has anybody experienced that?

Can I apply for the membership multiple times? You can apply for Priority Pass membership anytime during the validity of your credit card. Priority Pass membership worth USD99 is given complimentary only once and it is valid for 2 years. Useless people. They should have put this information on the card features page.

Priority pass is only needed for lounge access outside India. In India you can use your card to get access. So you should get priority pass issued only before international tour as it comes with 1-2 years validity.
