I Just did a transaction of Rs 50k on SBI simply click via paytm but only 1980 points are added to rewards ie. 495 Rs. Have they reduced their rewards to 4x? Because approx 2500 points should have been added for the transactions. Are you facing same issue . please tell your experience. And if I convert my sbi rewards to Amazon gc ,will I be charged RS 99 in my statement as per T&C. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Contact cc on why only 1980 points credited. No charge on redemption as the vouchers are sent digitally via sms.
