********This is my personal experience**********
On 29th may a customer paid me rs 6000 by scanning my bharat pe qr code via phonpe
Money deducted from customers account and transaction got successful and I(merchant) not received the money . I contacted phonpe support they send me a receipt and said the amount is successfully credited to bharat pe's partner bank 's (yesbank) account . But bharatpe cc saying that they have not received the amount. I send many proofs but they not helped me......
This how they are not settling customer's money to merchant's account and transfering the amount in their own account .
So please be careful......Dont use bharatpe service to receive digital payments .....

Main be BharatPe ki Thagi mein fas chuka hun. Maine 1000 rupee gwa diye . Muje customer care walo ne kaha ki end of the day mein apke khate mein payment aa jayegi lekin nahi ayi. Main sabi dukansaro se kehna cgahta hoon ki bgaratpe ka use mat kare nahi to asp be thagi ka shikar ho jsyege. Ye log kisi ki nahi sunte. Main police mein complaint karne wala hoon or consumer mein case be karuga.

I was cheated by a bharatpe user for 56000 rs.
Even the big thing is that our privacy is not safe on Bharatpe…. It is a cheat app to make their own account in Crores… Salman ko jo add ka pay kiya hai use pura kr rahe ho kya

Bhai simply raise chargeback with your bank ….If customer care not helps u then contact grievance officer …It will take time ..Ask your bank to collect proof from bharatpe
I am cheated with Bharatpe. My friend send the money(7000) by scanning bharat pe qr code but i didn’t get money in my account. even it shows transaction successful.
i have contacted bharatpe customer care they told me to wait for 24 hours and your complaint will escalated and resolve as soon as possible or your complaint forwarded to our technical team. they will call you. but after 36 hour i haven’t received my money back.
Bharat pe ke customer care ko ph karke kuch nhi hoga …Just contact your bank ’ s grievance officer and ask him to raise a charge back against …..you have to struggle a lot to get back your hard earned money ……this how I got my money back …….

It’s private company, name seems like its government app! Also they are providing 12% interest on opening interest account but TnC seems fishy so don’t invest or use this app they may disappear any time with your hard earned money!

Guys , Today I m sharing how to get your refund
Stage 1 . Contact Payment Gateway Customer Care . In my case the payment was made through phonpe so I will mention phonpe customer care . But I can say definitely they will fail to help you .But you have to register a complaint.
2. Contact your gateway’s grievance officer . Explain him what happened .
Ex – in my case I contacted phonpe’s grievance officer

3. Now contact your bank’s grievance officer and explain the matter . Give him the transaction details . And ask him to raise charge back ….give him Imformation that requires ……if you can prove that Bharatpe have not settled your money you will win the charge back process ……and your bank will ask Bharat pe to provide settlement report …and Bharat will fail in this process…..and you will get you hard earned money back
my personal suggestion, use Paytm merchant UPI QR code or Phonepe don’t use merchant bharath pay i facing issues regarding settlements on swipe machine i told my friends circle to close the account of bharath pay merchant. Thanks

Recently (Dec 2020) faced this late settlement thing…
The retailer shown me his merchant account saying pending settlement for the amount I sent.. I said you will receive the amount not to worry. But, maybe he was doubtful, he asked me to pay cash for the medicines and confirm with him next day if he successfully got the amount I sent.
The money was credited to his linked account after 5 hours of me sending the money… Next day he returned in cash.
But it’s not a late settlement, in my case no transaction was not recorded…..I don’t remember how many times I called cc…..but it’s strange how the transactions list remained disappeared from the transaction…… it’s 3-4 months, I have struggled to recover my money
On 23rd February 2021 I had transfer an amount of ₹5000 by UPI id, but I have a call from Bharat pe that your area is not in serviceable, so we refund you. but still I have not get refund. They are fooling people.. don’t make a payment
Iam also facing same problems at bharatpe its not giving any correct answer my money will stuck 6600 but nobody responding properly not giving correct suggestion it was somuch headache plz any body how to relaze my from plz sggrst
Follow the process mentioned by me to recover ur money
For every merchant they show Bharat pe merchant, instead of merchant name. It’s difficult to makeout which merchant I paid & for what
Customer’s Bank > Bharat pe’s bank > Merchant’s bank…This how Bharat pe works …..
Use trusted payment service only … I don’t trust it even they are hiring Salman khan and many cricketers

No option to send money from Bharatpe 
I have been using bharatpe INVESTMENT ACCOUNT and stored 3Lakh
And everyday I get daily interest too 12%
I regularly withdrawal amount and store again
Bharatpe is a trusted app.
