I placed an COD order for Redmi Note 3 32GB GOLD from snapdeal(TVS Seller) for my friend in Delhi.Yesterday the product was out for delivery. I sent him AWB no. and courier info.He received item after checking AWB no. and made COD payment.The Courier boy was wearing gojavas tshirt . After delivery my friend opened the packet and found SOAP in place of mobile. He checked for courier boy but he was gone. Unfortunately he haven’t taken video of un-boxing.
Surprisingly after one hour another courier guy from gojavas came to deliver same order with same AWB number. Again my friend accepted the parcel and this time he recorded the un-boxing in front of courier guy. This time the mobile was there. When he inquired gojavas office for previous delivery ,they said they did not attempted that delivery.
Now in this case where to complain is better ? Snapdeal or police?
BTW my friend already complained to police.

Can any one Believe even if po… catches the culprit they will take the 12000 from him and return it to your friend.
i dont think so they will keep the 12000 plus more money from him to not file a com….nt against him ………… it just my thinking but best of luck with Indian Po…….

i have a very good experience with police recently ….
i lost my htc 620g recently in market…
with no hope i complained to police about that and after a month i got a call that ur phone has been recovered from haryana …i lost it in patna..
i was surprised but went to take the phone and got it from them but only after spending 500… 
That is not a big issue to get snapdeal packaging and invoice copy.i was snapdeal seller too and i have all tha snapdeal packaging and if i make a plan with courier boy easily can do that act.(its an example)
That means may be in that both courier boy was friend coz first one was also wearing courier boy dress.

Yes, he reported it to snapdeal on the day of delivery. Also FIR was lodged against unknown courier boy to police. Today snapdeal called and asked 48-72hrs to wait,they are investigating it. But no progress from police side though.
Bro I can help u ping me on pm and preferably on WhatsApp send me images with all the details if any of the fake package and invoice , original package and invoice and the fir raised .
PS : u may not find me on DD all the time so if I take sometime to respond don’t worry

Police will work like ants and they will not care this case, bribe them to speed up the investigation or else as i said earlier report this to CID or CBI.
