Hi Guys i just want to share one incident done by HUL or by their service centre which i think is a scam and also want to know your thought maybe i am wrong so if anybody know regarding this please dont hesitate to share

i am having this water purifier so two months ago its GKK1 kit changes that time it costed around 2200 but even after changing GKK1 kit two months has passed water quality doesn’t improve so i called again service centre again technician visited and said 2600 will be charged we objected to it and said two months ago kit has been changed he said this purifier is very high maintenance so we have no choice but to get it replaced but at night i saw he only changed 1 part i am curious at what price it cost so i searched on net it was only cost 600 rs so i think part doesn’t have that high margin

so i decided to complain at first they assure i will get call from their area manager but every time i get call from their service centre and they justifies the price paid

so i just want to know is service centre scam us or they charged that much only please help

Not only that, every where there is like that only, if u see Kent also do such worst things.. For service I found Aqua guard is doing better compared to these all

pls vote up the topic so that any respected dimers who knows or having this model may share his views or clarify

as i have feeling that i have been conned by service centre

i want to file complain in consumer forum if service centre scammed me and post it on twitter and facebook so that more people can know about this

Just for information, I am satisfied with AO Smith service. Their technician/representative are very courteous and responsive. Never had a problem so far.

I also have problem with my water purifier.
I have 23 litres Advance water purifier by HUL.
Few months ago we got the whole germikill kit replaced.But the final water that comes out is muddy.We cleaned the whole purifier as mentioned in the manual.But the problem still remains the same.We mailed to HUL but they havent taken any action against it.
