Sent 10000 from Gpay(HDFC) recieved only 9700 in SBI account!!!!

I have sent 10,000 from Gpay account to pay gold loan of SBI account, but bank told recieved only 9700 recieved. Anybody know hidden charges?resolution?

No deductions even in bank statement. Asked gpay customer care, they told we are not responsible
looking at the title i thought u sent 10000 & received 9700 Cashback 
Yesterday I sent 300 rs in SBI account nd got 0 
some charges has been cut down 
can you please let me know, why they are deducting 300 rs if we transfer to SBI bank account?

Impossible what is Ur statement showing credit of 9700???
Check if the bal was zero before this credit.sbi does this if there was neg bal.
300 was taken by sbi employees as festival bonus! you are spreading joy be happy! 
Most probably taken for not maintaining min balance or Chq bounce or DCfee or similar other charges due.
Post internet banking password dimers will analyze for you.:

OP, why to take a pain. Just post your online banking login and password. There are so many dimers will help you to find the root cause, while you’re relaxing in a chair.
Btw, no bank will deduct charges for upi transfers.

Update once you know the issue
ask SBI to give you in writing/mail that they got only 9700 for the particular UPI transaction ID.
ask your GPay linked bank to give in writing/email that 10000 was debited.
then lodge a complaint with NPCI.
