Why not contact dbs online chat support directly? In my experience if one don’t receive their voucher/reward by end of 90(from 15th of campaign end month,in this case Oct)+15 days then most likely there are very less chances of getting it later too. Check your email & in there you will find the link to T&C of that offer.
