Serious help needed against religare health insurance

My claim was declined. They told there is alcohol intake as per indoor case paper which I have sent to them. This is complete lie. I have attached ICP report and doctor’s certificate on my tweet to religare. Please go through it for and retweet it. Sum is 1 Lakh. This is huge amount for me. I really need help this time. Anyway I have planned my resolution through IRDA or consumer court.

I am planning to run ad on my tweet, so it has high teaches. Look let me tell you reason. This was a corporate insurance, my dad company shifted to another insurance, that’s why they are not honouring this claim

No. They didn’t honour claim. More than 8 letter signed from doctor stating alcohol is not even related to case. Look, they rejected because corporate shifted their health insurance to their competitor.
Pursue the case with IRDA & Consumer court further and sue religare for sure….also keep us posted with the developments.
