Service centre denying to repair Nokia phone

Bought a nokia 105 mobile in december 2017 from amazon.
Last month it started giving problems and now the speaker is completely dead.. ringer is dead.
So today i went to Nokia service centre but they denied saying that parts are not available and only replacement is possible through distributor but as i bought from amazon who will help me ??
