Should i take rider with max life term plan?

Which are the must have riders along with max life term plan?
I already have health insurance from office.
There are 4 riders, which among them are important.
1. premium Back Option
2. Protection against 40 Critical illnesses
3. Accidental Cover
4. Future Premium waiver in case of critical illness or disability
Which one to choose and how much amount to choose?

Option 2 I will recommend, if you are not dead but as good as dead or half dead, option 2 will help your family members. Health plan will reimburse the cost but no money to family while in such crisis, this rider may help in such scenarios.

No 1 is useless as it is more of a investment and less of a insurance, avoid that.
