One of my Friend Working at Regional Rural Bank
He told me to Sign this
Basically Point is All Rural bank employee in INDIA get around 1000-2000 rs pension 
Now how hard it is to survive a family at 2000 rupees pension you know that
and all PSU lik SBI PNB employee get 12000-40000 rupees Per month Case in Supreme court but they are delaying bcuz of fund banks dont have fund and government dont want to pay so Always Tarikh Per Tarik They getRural bank employees won case in HIgh court after bt still pending at supreme court its been 15 year i guess

Rural bank dont have fund bcuz of Election . rural Ppl assume that government will wave off loan at time of election so they dont pay 
Lots of NPA beside poor financial condition—- so bank get in loss
rural bank employee are the one who is suffering a lot they dont sit in Air Conditioner , Air Cooler
If u visit their rural bank office just tuti futi chairs and fan and not to mention how hard to live in village wer no Standard for foods / Mob Network / Not good house to Live / Tuti futi Sadak Poor Transport
So this is wat u have to do or share it -- everything in hand of Finance Minster unless they say ok we will give fund
