Skhan786 took my money and no coupons offered

Skhan786 took 2500rs from me through oxigen wallet promising that he would give me 3000rs worth Cleartrip vouchers. But after 3 days still he didnt give me the coupons and on enquiring started to tell that he had asked for coupon from another friend and he didnt give him and all. I trusted this guy and gave him the money before giving the coupons but who knows whether who is the actual looter. Its very hard to see dimers trying to cheat other dimer with their hard earned money if you are not able to give the coupon you should be returning the amount as I had trusted him and not his friends. Now this guy has no contacts and in desidime Skhan786 is accusing others has cheather where he himself has not yet returned my money
