SMS from Shopclues to father

So my father got SMS from Shopclues regarding a delivery which he did not order. No account in Shopclues from his number. Is it possible case of typo from whoever order that? We live in telangana and delivery guy spoke in kannada. Should I talk with Shopclues customer care or leave this matter?
