Sharing my recent experience with Snapdeal….
last month I ordered 1 hydraulic bed from snapdeal for Rs. 11k…. when the item was delivered I called snapdeal for installation but didn’t get response…. After 3 days finally I had to get it assembled myself and then I realised it was full of scratches and all..
I called snapdeal again for return and I was told they’ll compensate me with Rs. 500… the mail from them is as below…
Your compensation for Queen Size Hydraulic Storage Bed with Free Foam Mattress will soon be in your FreeCharge Account
In reference to our conversation on (date of call), Rs.500/- will be credited to your Account within 24 hours. It is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
You can use it for your future purchases on Snapdeal. You can also recharge your phone/data card/DTH connection or pay postpaid phone/utility bills at FreeCharge. Happy shopping!

But even after a lot of followup this amount has not been credited…. Is there anyway to escalate this issue, as I cant’ even return the bed because it’s already over 30 days…. ?
