Some vest to absorb armpit sweat?

So I sweat a lot near armpits.
First I had sleeveless vest, which made my office shirt look so much sweaty at armpits.
Then I bought half sleeve cotton jockey vest. Less sweat comes to shirt, but it still comes (probably because cotton doesnt absorb a lot of sweat).
Is there some other type/material of half sleeve vest (should not be hot like wool), which absorbs a lot of sweat and is not warm – can be worn in summers?

Before you start looking for workaround, i would suggest you to see a doctor and get it checked. Sweating a lot (Hyperhidrosis) is a medical condition which can be treated with medicines.
