Don’t react panic, as u r getting otp it means he/she is not able to login. Don’t change ur password.
If u don’t want otp then request all sites to change your login id by explaining ur issue

Uninstall any or ever questionable apps on your phone. There are shady apps which reads SMS, collects OTP and send them to the developer.
