Something about Desidime - A little History !!

3 years back the domain desidime was registered at 11.58 pm US time... (which was 12th JUly in India) by Admin - Jimish Jobanputra.... while he was working in US

The objective of desidime was to create a community for all the shoppers in India....
After few months - I Joined him - (Mehul Jobanputra) as i was getting really fried in my corporate Job

We really started working on it since september...... and thats when we began our real journey...
We started doing this as part time.... with our existing job...... for about a year.....

Little about me..... I have done my mechanical engineering post which I was working as a production engineer.... then went to UK to do my MBA and came back and started working as a Management Consultant for 5 years
Little about Admin - Did his computer science engineering from India then went to US for his Master in Computer science, worked there for 4 years before returning to India

i think many things came together…. there where no forums at that time…. we genuinely tried to promote only the best without ever thinking abt money (i know many would not agree ) and only one focus of being honest to the community….
