Seems these sites moving towards a model, in which they can generate revenue through candidates
Is there any new portal, which can help to search genuine openings? any new portal which is creating buzz now a days?

I wonder how many really got jobs in good companies from these 2 sites.
I registered but got calls from only BPOs for few weeks after that even those calls stopped.
Sometimes i get emails oj jobs offering 10k per month
most of the companies especially start ups are getting smarter day by day and won’t mind shelling high amounts for the right talent
unlike earlier they want to talk about the codes and projects that freshers actually developed and programmed themselves
They ask about competitive coding experiences
They are asking for contribution to the open source society [ now WTF is that ]
they have stopped focusing on irrelevant shit like educational background , cgpa , theoretical knowledge etc
except for the 3-4 major bulk recruiters every other firm is interested in limited but focused hiring
if this trend continues most of the engineers from tier 2 and 3 background would find no occupation in the coming years

The trend is actually good; we recently hired two interns. One was working with TCS for last two and half years, and another guy was a fresh graduate from a tier 3 college. Apart from communication skills, both are on equal regarding technical skills.
PS: We pay more than TCS salary to the interns.

Aah! If I said the name, that will be like revealing my entire identity. Sorry, I won’t do that. There are a lot of startups paying that kind of salary for the programmers in Bangalore. If you are only interested in money, go and apply at Goldman Sachs
Years of experience doesn’t hold much value at product companies.
