Something Wrong With Snapdeal? Whats happening ?

I am a victim of snapdeal where i am ye to get around RS. 7000 for a tab that i received defective and they are yet to replace or refund my money for the past 10 days, still no solution in sight, i thought mine was a one-off incident but when i checked their facebook page and various online consumer forums, snapdeal has been doing it as if deliberately where they send defective products and not replacing or refunding the money. This is not the case of few people but i see 1000s of them complaining of late… I sense another scam coming like satyam or this is just their way of getting into profit for all the loses they made all these years.

Again, Any way i can get back money from them, any previous expereiences from them from the other members of DD here who have successfully gotten refund or replacement. I am only able to contact them via their facebook and twitter page and everytime i contact them i get a call that it will be picked up in a day two for replacement and again nothing happens.
