they are saying – as per TRAI guideline …………..

if you keep balance and dont do any recharge monthly then will auto deduct and activate the Rs 23 plan without the users permission ,that 23 basic plan will only increase the call rate in your number

Chortel ko lagta hai ki Abhi bhi kafi innocent user hai uske pass bewkoof banane Ko.
But Jio era me sab smart ho gaye Hai. Telecom industry me 2 hi yug yaad kiye jayenge, before Jio and after Jio.

airtel have shifted focus to postpaid. they are trying to get full family through plans like 799. so they actually want low ARPU prepaid customers to port out.

Airtel should shutdown .No fair business practice.Dont support these kind of companies.

Aage aage dekho hota hai kya

There are 2 Scenarios Airtel

1) USSD with different plans showing under Buy Smart Packs as 34 / 64 / 94 and so on – so if we recharge this through main balance and get talk time will that be carried forward or expired at the end of 28 days

2) If we recharge through the wallets or the website then the plan shows as 35 / 65 / 95 and so on – if we recharge these then does talk time get carried forward or expire 28 days

Update – Airtel Balance Clarification – Got from twitter Team

USSD CODE – If we recharge Rs.34 / 64 / 94 and so on from the main balance the talk time added will expire at the end of 28 days BUT

WALLETS – APP – WEBSITE – if we recharge 35 / 65 / 95 and so on then the talk time will not expire and be added

to experience this personally we need to check at the end of 28 days cycle

How to contact chortel

My sim was barred for outgoing calls from 12 dec.
Today it got activated in the evening automatically after deducting Rs. 23 from my main bal. ie. on 13 dec evening.
But validity is shown till 9 jan fir outgoing instead it should hsve been 11 dec. If 28 days count.
2 din ka ghapla kar diya chortel ne.

Trying to contact on 198 & 121 but option of customer care or credit deduction detail not happening . BUTTON DABA DABA KE THAK GAYA . SARE OPTION PAR TAPE RECODER TOTE KI TARAH BOLTA HAI LEKIN JARURAT KI JAGAH NO RESPONSE.
WHAT TO DO.

2 DIN KA GAHPLA KIYA CHORTEL NE.

I am thinking of switching to Jio.. kicking on the a** of Airtel. Enough now.

Khule aam loot macha rakhi hai.

Internet toh ekdam bskwas hai.

Speed toh aisi ki pucho maat , agar uss samay tv chal raha ho aur aairtel ka Ad ajaye toh tv jarur todne ka maan karega.
