My Indian Speed Post Parcel is not getting Updated & Not reached the destination since 12 Days … what should I do Now.???

in Mumbai also – parcels from eBay speed post – they update wrong information as delivered when the fact is no one comes for delivery and they just update fake details people have to rush to the post office to get the parcels… they ask for aadhar or pan card as ID proof and refused Voter ID card
@desidude2013 , trust me. RTI is a magic wand for these kind of situations. I have tackled far complex ones with a simple 10 Rupee online RTI. One such examples is where my college refused to send me my certificate until I went 1500 kms to my college and spent 2 days getting a damn form signed by some 20 people and then submitting it for a fine of 2000 Rs., all because they lost the form. I had many exchanges with them until one day I sent an RTI and next day they sent response to RTI with my certificate’s speed post tracking ID. 
File an online RTI for 10 rupees and they will call you in less than a day. Speaking from experience.

@nisubarore It must have reached the destination post office and postman not delivering it neither updated tracking status. Tell the receiver to check with the local post office. Happened with me recently.
