Basically this is a fitness thread.
We can ask questions related to diet,excerise and ultimately fitness.
I don’t know if this is going to work or not but at least let me start!
Pretending Jump Rope without ropes is a good idea.Basically I know how to jump rope properly but it’s just that after 1-2 min ropes gets stuck and it slows me down.Will pretending jump rope give me same results as jump rope.My main motive is to burn belly fat.Thanks https://cdn1.desidime.com/assets/textile-editor/icon_smile.gif
