Stll Not Received Refund In Amazon Pay Icici card

Hello Friends
i have made an order in amazon on 19 march and it was cancelled due to lockdown on 25 th march and the refund initiated by amazon and they gave me the refund reference number still it not reflected in my bank and i need to pay the the bill
And the issue is i cannot able to contact icici bank due to lockdown and i tweeted them at twitter no use
anybody facing the same issue and how you guys get rid of it
please reply advance thanks

Contact on twitter same happened with me and raised a dispute by contacting them on twittwr

Refund does not matter if bill is already generated. You need to pay the bill, refund will come before next statement.
