Sugestion/process to Increase ASUS Zenpad RAM

Hi all,
I am owning a ASUS Zenpad FE170CG, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM. I am unable to install many apps, getting insufficient memory message. Currently I have KK 4.2 Android on it. Please suggest how to increase the RAM using an external SD card? I know one premium roehsoft ram expander method, but wanted to know if it is worth trying?
