Suggest Laptop under 20-25k

Hi Friends,
Looking for laptop from 20-25k range for Daily Office & General Use.
It’s for first time user, but should last for at-least 4-5 years or more (suggest brand that known for long lasting laptop build).

Dell variant with similar specs will cost bit more than hp but worth it.
