Can anyone suggest me some good smartphones priced around 5k?
Features required are good battery backup, dual sim and a good user experience without any lags. The phone is for an average user who would be using it for email checking & internet browsing, some phone calls, few basic apps like Hangouts/Whatsapp, etc.
Please suggest me some good options which are available on Flipkart. (I have accumulated some GV’s so want to use them)

best for Email and browsing, all sites open without problem. Whatsapp works fine. No lag and never hangs.

yes. For an average user who does not want to play games or “loot”, its the best OS. My wife uses one. (thanks to Mobikwik
) She only uses it for checking Mail, browsing web, whatsapp, youtube, LINE, Viber and facebook and she is very happy. She has lots of MS office attachments. They open without any issues. It has not got hang even once in the last 8 months.
Most sub 5K android phones have 1 GB RAM and google play/services/apps take up about 800 MB. Add another 100 MB for whatsapp and you got no RAM left for anything else and even then mobile will hang at least twice a week.
If your budget is 5K tight I can’t suggest you any. Phone which is right.

But at least 1GB ram and a Quad Core processor along with android OS.
You can easily get phones of Karbon Lava Infocus etc within that budget with such spec.
Raise ur budget a lil nd check Moto E 2nd gen.

You can go for Reach opulent ( around 3500 rs) or reach opulent x ( for 4100-4200)
Dint use above two but have recently bought reach allure for cousin n it is a quite satisfactory experience with REACH brand.
They offer a decent camera in all phones.
Phicomm’s camera is not good. Everything else is good.
Reach’s almost everything is good,
Reach cogent around 3000
Reach opulent around 3500
Reach opulent x around 41-4200
Reach allure 4444
Reach allure 4G at 51-5200.
Reach allure has a good camera and its a almost perfect replica of iPhone 6s plus.
I personally liked it.
Also Karbonn titanium s205 with 2 GB ram and 16 GB internal can be bought from shop cj @ around 47-4800 by applying discount coupon.
