Suggest me good engine oil for splendor plus .. .

Synthetic oils are preferable for Engines with higher powers, preferably 200 and above. Splendor is 100CC(110?) and Mineral Oil will do if the driving is sane. You can go for Semi Synthetic, provided you will get it in your suggested Grades

As you asked fro some suggestions, try oils from Shell

Yes, actually I was thinking to try shell advanced AX7 OR HX7 10W40. could not find it them in 10w30 ( as hero suggests)

don’t know about hero but I gave a shot at the bajaj 20w50 10000kms oil for rs. 380/ltr. earlier I used to go for vedool 4t + bardhal engine treatment (rs. 220 + 150)
I am impressed after loading it in my pulsar (opened the clutch chamber, got it throughly cleaned, new clutch packing) .

May be same oil will work well for splendor too.

Shell Advance 10w40 AX7 , with API SM, JASO A2.

Hero Honda & performance?

Try mobil1 but very expensive!

i m riding my splendour(2004 model) from 2007….i used many oil like hero, cestrol, Bosch or 10w-30, 20w-50 etc….now my suggestion is to always use 10w-30 which is recommended by company and i also feel it best to get 90+ speed and 60+ milage……..
many people confused in buying oil that they will buy mineral oil or semi synthetic oil or fully synthetic oil…
soo be genuine don’t use semi synthetic or fully synthetic oil in splendour (100cc) bcoz they are for bigger engine oil like 200cc and above and in splendour they will reduce the engine performance speed decrease, milage decrease in some lavel and advantage is that they keep the engine cool and smooth becoz they are thicker……and one more thing no company makes 10w-30 grade fully synthetic oil..
soo now finally use hero genuine oil…..or any 10w-30 oil..
i m using 10w-30 hp recer 4 splendid……its cheaper price (180/-) and great performance make me happy…
i also driven my bike for long routes Tundla to Bareilly (205km) and return back to Tundla total 410 km in 10hr just to surprise my gf on Valentine’s day….
so in last use hp recer 4 splendid (10w-30) and change it every interval of 2000km ……

Use any cheap engine oil.

@stalwart you might have already bought the oil, whichever it may be but once try Shell AX7 10W40 semi synthetic oil. It is best engine oil for 100cc hero & honda’s. Using it from couple of years now.
Never use fully synthetic oil as they mostly cause leackage in 100cc engines.

@rahulsingh1606199412 Earlier HeroHonda used to recomand 10W40 grade oil.

Looking for best engine oil for your Hero Splendor Plus?
Before buying any brand engine oil, you should know the manufacturer recommended engine oil grade for your bike.
For Hero Splendor plus, the manufacturer recommended engine oil grade is 10W-30.

So, Which brand should I choose?
As a bike rider, I would recommend to buy Castrol or Motul.
Both brands are affordable and helps your bike engine to perform well at all climate.

Best engine Oil for Hero Splendor Plus:
1. Castrol POWER1 4T 10W-30
2. Motul 3100 4T 10W-30
