Someone Please suggest a good graphic tablet for taking notes on pdfs on laptop, like someone can take using apple ipad with apple pencil.
Budget is 3k to 5k
or is there any better alternative for taking handwritten notes on laptop as I can’t afford exp devices.

For hand notes I think budget too low but you can take voice notes in that budget
