first of all, get well soon bro or say this to the one who is suffering. Now main thing is avoid eating besan and any spicy food. you will feel extreme pain in leg so make sure someone massage your leg time to time.

I recommend this as its good and authentic info. Dnt go for goats milk like that.. and moatly eat light food easily digestable and avoid junk and oily food dont take fry items also.. eat fruits and take frquent meals not bulk one at a time

go only on liquid diet pl take fresh juice of orrange fresh lime water every 30 minutes and avoid soild food go for khichri and vegitables dal rice that have lot of water take coconet water and pl donot take pain killer at all fallow the advice of u r doctor my wife suffered from it last month and what ever i mentioned here is as adviced by my doctor pl aviod antbiqutic also she recovered in 8 days

Not much source for us veggies to have Omega fatty acids but I would suggest you start eating flax seeds as mouth freshener(mukhvas) to have a good intake of Omega acids.
