Hi Dimers,

i know mobile & tablets r not gud for babies at this age but as u all might hv seen in ur surroundings how this generation babies r very much used to tech gadgets.

my baby is going to celebrate her birthday this week, n she has started watching TV & enjoys rhymes on kids youtube (not very used to as other kids yet, but soon she vl b as per my guess).

so instead of giving her a chance to break my mobile, i want to buy her a tab or mobile (whichever is safe in her hands or to watch YouTube rhymes).

kindly comment which tab or mobile you would suggest for a toddler within 10k. or if u have other suggestions.

My humble opinion will don’t waste such money . The screen of tablet will brake for sure in baby’s hand .
Instead of try find to 3-5 K tablets with low ram , but they are enough to play YouTube and basic games .
If any contacts of Gujarat, the you will get tablets from around 2K , worth of 6K

My brothers baby turned 2 and she’s just glued to these nursery rhymes. If you can get a decent projector you can actually play the rhymes on the wall via YouTube.
Once they get used to the mobile and tablets they wouldn’t leave it even when you are somewhere out.
Much better for the baby’s eyes too
don’t want them having big Glasses at such a young age.

I rem my neighbor use to switch on YouTube in Tv via wifi but unfortunately my TV dnt hv that facility or may b m not aware of how to do that. Tried checking all the settings bt di t find it anywer in settings. I wish i had contact with that neighbor. Bt thanks.. projector is a good idea though
