[Support the Movement] Time to teach Mobikwik the lesson of their lifetime. Sign the petition and tweet #MobikwikLumiaFraud
Please help us in showing Mobikwik, what dimers are capable of doing.
Mobikwik took back 300 cashback on 300(Add Money) offer for Lumia devices recently.
It was a offer from Microsoft where a person having a Lumia device was entitled to Rs.300 cashback on Add Money Transaction of Rs.300 at Mobikwik. The offer was valid for a period of 12 months. The offer started in the month of August but was applicable to all those people who buy and register/login to their Mobikwik account from their Lumia device before Nov. 15. Seeing the offer of Rs.300 for a period of 12 months many people bought Lumia phones. But mobikwik initially paused he offer for a few days in December, then in the month of January people had contact via Facebook to get their cashback. In the month of February they provided unique codes till 15th of February and after that they are now saying that they have the right to take back the offer at anytime. This is a clear cut Fraud where they took money from Microsoft to increase the number of users of Mobikwik but later did not deliver their promise.
So I request all of you who have faced this problem please sign the petition and share the petition over FB,twitter, whatsapp wherever possible using hashtag #MobikwikLumiaFraud

yes. But tweet your signed petition. We need to make some noise to be heard.
I dont know about this but just my opinion on this.
Yes Mobikwik has right to take the offer back at any time at it’s sole discretion.
This is the last line in terms and conditions on any offer.
But if you have added money in wallet when the offer was live they should provide cashback.
BTW Does anyone buy a mobile seeing a wallet offer worth rs 300? Really

You people are seriously retarded. The issue is not that we bought the phone seeing the 300 offer. The issue is Mobikwik did not honour its part. Yes may be it has written it has sole discretion but that does not allow them to do whatever hey like. And because we have been silent till now they have been continuing to fool everybody.
Just a straight forward question, is it ethical to do so ?? An they must get punished for the same.. Too much tolerance till now now is the time to show that we are not fools and would agree/tolerate whatever they wish.
P.S. Support us #DimersUnited.

actually sir , most of the dimers dont go through the dost and dimes forum very often so we suggested to post this thread on hot deals so that the dimers can be aware about this petition and sign it and make it social.
will request to transfer the thread once the we get the fraud social among dimers .
hope you understand.

When they say “mobikiwik is entitled to remove change offer anytime” and then “I agree” and proceed is what we do. sometimes using the coupon itself deems that we have agreed to their t&c. take this to the court, u will fail.
nothing against anybody, sorry for the loss but thats the reality.
signed.
I also just signed. I’m also one of the victim

The T&Cs which say about withdrawing the offer doesn’t apply to this case as they are selling a product on false promises. Those T&Cs are applicable only when they are giving an offer for recharges, upfront purchases etc and of course they are free to do that as per their will. They just can’t make people buy a product promising 12 months of benefits and withdrawing it later citing T&Cs
Though I have not purchased lumia, still signed.
