Please help us in showing Mobikwik, what dimers are capable of doing.

Mobikwik took back 300 cashback on 300(Add Money) offer for Lumia devices recently.

It was a offer from Microsoft where a person having a Lumia device was entitled to Rs.300 cashback on Add Money Transaction of Rs.300 at Mobikwik. The offer was valid for a period of 12 months. The offer started in the month of August but was applicable to all those people who buy and register/login to their Mobikwik account from their Lumia device before Nov. 15. Seeing the offer of Rs.300 for a period of 12 months many people bought Lumia phones. But mobikwik initially paused he offer for a few days in December, then in the month of January people had contact via Facebook to get their cashback. In the month of February they provided unique codes till 15th of February and after that they are now saying that they have the right to take back the offer at anytime. This is a clear cut Fraud where they took money from Microsoft to increase the number of users of Mobikwik but later did not deliver their promise.

So I request all of you who have faced this problem please sign the petition and share the petition over FB,twitter,whatsapp wherever possible using hashtag #MobikwikLumiaFraud

Case against mobikwik is indeed valid and those justifying mobikwik terms and conditions bullSh!t are indeed retard and or mobikwik employees.

Once you make an agreement, u cant just change condition as you wish. Its stupidity. And to understand this logic even HSC pass kids aptitude is good enough. If you cant help who are cheated by mobidick, stop typing bull at least.

Enough said, i am not bothered about explaining same things which is done by others.

Just signing petition isnt good enough. They should be sued and made to pay compensation for every concerned person.

MobiKwik is not good with keeping promises. They had proved that couple of times in past.

“South strike gold " offer period cashback s were declined to most user’s. Shopclues 100% cash back error. Their negligence or rather I’d say arrogance cost us money, time & mental strain.

It’s not about winning or proving who got the merit here. WE SHOULD DO WHAT WE CAN DO, IF THE PROMISES MADE TO US WERE BROCKEN. I support it.

At the expense of sounding like a pessimist, i will have to say that signing these petitions are not going to help much. If you guys really want to get justice, move your case to consumer court. Consumer court has its jurisdiction & Mobikwick T&C is equivalent to trash paper in consumer court. Although India has come a long way digitally but there are certain scenarios where you need to go old school.

I am not getting the OP as just 2 days back mt friend was able to redeem 300 cashback on his device with his account specific code. Maybe the op don’t know his code as he failed to generate in January 2016. But it worked for me also this month on both my device as I had my account specific code saved with screenshot.

If the case is we will also not be able to redeem next month then I will sue Mobikwik for sure but if my account specific code works in March, I have no problem. Until now I redeemed 5 times from Oct-Feb.
