The wallet/bank asked the refund reference id so that they can co-ordinate the refund.
I just wanted the refund reference id not the return id and this happen
Please share this as much as possible.

You wasted our time by saying it as funny conversation. All I could read in this chat transcript is a CC guy who could not understand your query.

In such cases you should disconnect the chat and reinitiate with other CC agent. Because there are some new guys who doesn’t know to handle some issues.

Even I changed my order some times and the refund was always instant.

Its Just That Swiggy First Denied That There Is Any Refund Of 22 And Order Was Changed. CC Was Not Ready To Accept The Fact That There Is Any Refund of Any Kind In That Particular Order.
While OP Tried To Explain Him With Screenshots Only Then CC Lately Agreed To That 22 Refund Stuff. And He Filed Some Internal Complaint To Further Solve The Issue.

You should never leave even a single rupee if your time allows it.
These stupid morons who run these companies don’t understand every minute spent talking/chatting with a customer has a cost to it irrespective of whether a solution was reached or not. Not only that, dissatisfied customers are even bigger costs.
The best service is that which resolves all your queries in first attempt even if takes talking to the CEO.
