I just wanted the refund reference id not the return id and this happen

In such cases you should disconnect the chat and reinitiate with other CC agent. Because there are some new guys who doesn’t know to handle some issues.

Its Just That Swiggy First Denied That There Is Any Refund Of 22 And Order Was Changed. CC Was Not Ready To Accept The Fact That There Is Any Refund of Any Kind In That Particular Order.
While OP Tried To Explain Him With Screenshots Only Then CC Lately Agreed To That 22 Refund Stuff. And He Filed Some Internal Complaint To Further Solve The Issue.

Once I Remember, When The Restaurant Said One Of The Item Was Oos. Then I Removed That Item And After Delivery I Received Refund As Mode Of Payment Was Paytm.
