Tata sky remote issue

This is the second time my tata sky dth remote has malfunctioned……any suggestion on buying a new one?
original from company cost 200 but its not good as i already experienced.

few days back i ordered a new remote from tatasky . I had the old remimote which was good but with new design we do not get Universal key .so operating multiple function s on connected device is really difficult for elder family members because there is no single key press to switch to TV/Hometheatre controls. Though there is a dedicated TV button which can be configured as switching on TV of many brand is already pre programmed with the remote . But volume controls of TV which is not convinient at all.
Any offer on Videocon d2h remote …mine started malfunctioning

Their remote is good in my view.
