Tatacliq harassing me for cancelled order what can be done.

I had ordered a laptop from Tatacliq, but as I got good deal from Flipkart I cancelled my order the very next day from website, my order was not shipped when I cancelled my order, I also received the refund for the same in my credit card account. After about 2 months they are calling me and telling me that the laptop was delivered to my address and they have POD for the order. I told them that I have not received the laptop but they say that it has been delivered and asking me to send laptop back or pay the money for the laptop or else they will file police case against me. Now I don’t have the laptop also its been two months since their claim of delivery, how am I suppose to investigate about this laptop after so many days. I am really tensed with this situation, please help.

aree why are you worrying if you are not received… just ignore them… tell them to put whichever case they want 
Simply ignore and enjoy the festive moment
Don’t answer the phone, If they want to communicate send an email from their registered email address
Don’t worry.. Just tell them that you have proof of banking transactions & cancelled status acknowledgement mail. Ask them to file the case & tell them you are not worried about it.

1)you may ignore it simply. If you think this allegation is baseless
2)if you really want to prove them that you didn’t get the laptop, and to avoid future trouble /be prepared, then you may ask them to mail the POD slip to you along with the details of the receiver. & then verify yourself.. This should end the problem. Just my opinion, you may choose to ignore it. 
Thanks all for reply, they are calling me from last 3 days. I do have cancellation sms from them. Also I have my credit card statement with my money debited and again credited back by them. Its really unprofessional that they are calling me after about 2 months, they should have called me about same time the product was delivered I would have enquired courier or my neighbors, but now I cannot do anything.
bro its simple ,,, when they ask just show them the refund statement credited to ur account and the order cancelled information .
+ when a courier gets delivered then u sign i.e POD , also there must be a tracking details when that order was placed .

They are saying that they have POD and tracking no. I told them I never received any mail from them about product being shipped only cancellation sms, I have not received any communication from them about this order for 2 months and now suddenly they are calling me.
Might be some close one of your’s is playing with u in name of TataCliq

Does the number really belong to TataCliq? 
Have you not asked them for the name of the courier service and a snapshot of the POD slip yet?
A laptop is not such a common thing to be delivered everyday (if it’s not an in-house courier like ATS/ekart). If at all the POD points to you, you can contact the courier team to get things clarified. We can discuss further when you get more details.

this is shocking how can they do this after order cancelled and money refunded now we loose trust on these companies like RBI acche din
It’s simple. Got FB and twitter ans harass them for a change 
Post on every post of theirs how Tatacliq harasses their customer.

Didn’t get any call from them today, may be due to Sunday. I am going to post on Twitter, Facebook and everywhere I can. They should stop harassing their customers and stop this kind of fraud.
If you haven’t got the laptop for real then BlueDart might be a culprit here . They can easily say they delivered a product without any of your proof. It’s just easy for them to fake unlike others .
Somewhat similar incidence with me. Bought a washing machine from tatacliq a few months back, used sbi credit card to make the purchase which i borrowed from someone, was suppose to get 5% cashback (Rs.950). The waching machine was delivered but after a few days got a call from tatacliq that by mistake they have refunded the amount. I checked with the guy I had borrowed the credit card from. He checked & confirmed that indeed he had received the refund. I confirmed this to tata, to which they gave me an account number & asked me to imps/neft the amount. Before transfering the amount, I asked them about the 950 cashback which I was suppose to receive to which they said they they will issue me a 950 coupon which will be product based, i.e., I have to choose a product of minimum 951 & they will issue a discount coupon of 950 within a couple of hours, I tried to get this coupon 3 times but havent been successful till now.. A couple of times the product went out of stock or the price of the product increased. Everey time I made the request for the coupon, I didnot get any coupon or any reply for that matter.
Ofcourse I transfered the money (19000) to their account the very day I got the call.
PS: I have a mail from tatacliq stating that I am suppose to receive a 950 coupon.

This email is with reference to our conversation last week wherein I have stated that the Laptop you have ordered against the Order no xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx has been delivered to you and inadvertently the amount paid has also been refunded to you.
We have got the proof of delivery for the product and in our discussion you were to confirm to us that if any of your family member had accepted the laptop.
Our company has decided to send this incident for further investigation with Legal and Law Enforcement agencies based on serial number of laptop as this is a Unique No based on which the asset can be easily tracked and pursue the matter further. I would like to request you to give us any further information you may have with respect to this incident which will help in closure of this case
I wanted to convey this same message over call .Will await your reply at the earliest.

No I didn’t receive any mail of product been delivered, I received a call from them after 2 months that it was delivered to you.
