TataSky Audio issue

After watching TV for some time the audio from the TataSky automatically gets muted. I have to restart the STB (Not the TV). Again after watching TV for sometime the audio gets muted. No mute symbol appears. It seems to be a software issue after recent software update. To resolve this problem, I tried to update software manually. But still the problem persists. Is anyone facing the same issue?
