Hi, Ordered Tatasky in Amazon at Rs.1400.
Delivery guy came and installed the dish and saying only recharge 801 is done contact amazon seller to recharge full amount then only it will be activated. I contacted seller they are not responding. I contacted tatasky they are saying also same contact amazon seller to remaining recharge.
But seller yesterday sent a message saying
The delivery and standard installation is included in the price you paid. Once we process your order you will receive your subscriber ID on your registered mobile number.
I got sms with subscribed id and recharge amount only 801. How much seller has to recharge here?
what to do know?

So seller have to recharge remaining amount?
One month Hindi basic included in price. You got the balance in yiur account more than the basic pack right?
Nope seller said i got the installation only. I paid 1450. So they recharged for 801 and to activate we need basic pack. So after recharging with 153 tatasky activated. After installation u can choose any pack.

in 1450 you will get 153 basic pack for one month only…
in 1450 i didn’t even get 153 pack also.i recharged myself for base pack.
