I think if you want to stream or use the app from a location where it is restricted or geo-locked, then you need a VPN subscription. I use Ivacy VPN to access BBC iPlayer and Hulu.

never tried streaming torrents .. you have an option to choose from different streaming servers.. works fine..

cant really say about safety.. though I haven’t found anything suspicious till now.
just google “terrarium tv apk”
and download from the first link.
vpn isn’t necessary.
