Ticket compliments cards are suddenly not working, even on portals where they have worked before.
The 3D secure payment gateway is showing error – Mismatch in email id / mobile no.???
Anyone facing same issue?

@bargainhunter Spoke to CC and they mentioned that there is some problem at their end and that their tech team is already working on it. She said it may be resolved tonight, but definitely tomorrow. So I am assuming, things will be back to normal by Thurs – Fri hopefully, keeping my fingers crossed.
So its not that TC cards have stopped working on specific sites, they have stopped working period.
@1cooldesidd, this error is coming since last month. The cards i bought from GCI during 15 aug sale are not getting used online since september first week. I contacted them several times. Everytime, i get the response that we are working on it. Now I’m using those cards offline. Let’s see how much time they need.

I had no such problems till today. The card that I noticed the problem with was working fine till y’day. Today that card is not working and I cannot even login to their site for my other cards.

Even edenredcards.co.in website not working
On which online site this card were working yesterday.. plz tell.. i hv purchased it today.. .
I was so tensed from 2 hours as suddenly what happened.. Not even able to login on there portal.
And then thought to search over here and now I’m relaxed as first I thought my cards are blocked as error was number & email mismatch

Yes, I am also not able to login now. It keeps redirecting to the login page. But I did use two of my Ticket Max cards without any issue sometime in the afternoon.

Then I tried to register a card bought from GCi and after entering the card no. and ref#, got the error message that “This user id is disabled and the card is already linked to some user id.”. Ah, thanks for the detailed response. Now I know what to expect and can plan accordingly.
I had ordered elite card by mistake. yesterday i called shopclues to cancel the order, they said it cant be cancelled since it is ready to ship and i have to reject the parcel to get the refund.can any body confirm the same will i get refund.would have not asked if it had been flipkart or amazon.

i had used TC max this morning on fc and it worked fine… n login to edenred is also working fine.

I had once rejected a courier from Shopclues, the item was returned to seller and I got a refund. Keep track of your courier and contact Shopclues 2 days after it is delivered back to the seller, if you do not get a refund notification. When you call them, be patient and don’t use bad language, most of them are mentally retarded.
p.s. TC cards from Shopclues are all being sent by Aramex / Bluedart – the tracking will be correct (hopefully).

Tc cards were giving same error for me too. Even on Amazon. Finally used them to load payzapp and worked smoothly

The question I have to everyone here is, are these cards enabled for offline usage by default? Can swipe them in physical stores upon receipt? Or offline usage is possible only after activation?

That used to be the case with Axis cards. These cards won’t work until they are activated by GCI.

can u please tell me diff. between wlite and max gift card ???
Elite card can be used only at offline stores mentioned in edenred site.
Max can be used at offline aswell as online stores.
These cards are not working for me from last couple of days, not even on payzapp or citrus.
For me, this error is coming since day-1…no response from customer care
